Ein paar Gedanken
Während ich dieses neue Mixtape zusammenstellte…
dachte ich an die Freunde, mit denen ich normalerweise tanze, dachte an die Leute, die normalerweise auf Partys und Festivals zusammenkommen, so unterschiedlich sie auch im Detail sind… Sie sind durch viele andere Dinge vereint…
Ich wählte einige Lieder aus, neue und ältere und ging mit ihnen via mp3-Player und Kopfhörer auf eine Wanderung in der Sonne auf Wiesen und im Wald zu einem See – immer tanzend beim Gehen, mit einem breiten Grinsen im Gesicht, mitsingend und an die anderen denkend…
an Freunde, Fremde…. tanzende Menschen…
Ich dachte auch an die, denen es gerade nicht gut geht, die krank sind, einsam, arm, auf der Flucht, in Schwierigkeiten.
Möge ihr Leben besser werden, vielleicht mit all unserer Hilfe, unserem Tun, Denken.
Ich habe über gestern nachgedacht, über die vergangenen Jahre, über das gemeinsame Feiern, über das Jetzt, über das Getrenntsein…
Und ich habe gespürt: NEIN, wir sind nicht getrennt… und wir werden uns nicht trennen lassen!
Wir gehören zusammen für den Frieden und in Liebe.
Während ich alleine auf der Wiese tanzte, dachte ich an die anderen, wie sie auch tanzen könnten… auf einer Wiese, zu Hause, irgendwo… Tanzen…. mit Freude und Lachen im Gesicht, Spannungen, Wut, Ängste loslassen. Ausrasten! Ja!
Ich dachte an morgen, an die nächsten Monate, den nächsten Sommer, in der Vorfreude, wieder zusammen zu tanzen, auf einer Wiese, im Sand, auf einem Festival… wie wir uns gegenseitig umarmen… wie wir wieder zusammenkommen – ohne Einschränkungen, ohne Grenzen, für und in einer Welt ohne Grenzen!
Möge es so sein!

A few thoughts
While putting together this new mixtape….
I thought about the friends I usually dance with, thought about the people who usually get together at parties and festivals, as different as they are in detail…. They are united by many other things….
I chose some songs, new and older and went on a hike with them via mp3 player and headphones in the sun on meadows and in the forest to a lake – always dancing while walking, with a big grin on my face, singing along and thinking of the others….
friends, strangers…. dancing people…
I also thought of those who are not well right now, sick, lonely, poor, on the run, in trouble.
May their lives get better, maybe with all our help, doing, thinking.
I was thinking about yesterday, about the past years, about celebrating together, about now, about being apart….
And I felt: NO, we are not separated… and we will not let ourselves be separated!
We belong together for peace and in love.
While I was dancing alone on the meadow, I thought about the others, how they could dance too…. In a meadow, at home, somewhere…. Dancing…. With joy and laughter on my face, letting go of tensions, anger, fears. Let loose! Yes!
I thought of tomorrow, of the next months, the next summer, in anticipation of dancing together again, in a meadow, in the sand, at a festival… how we embrace each other… how we come together again – without restrictions, without limits, for and in a world without limits!
May it be so!

Vielleicht, weil Menschen, die vor Jahrzehnten aus meinem nicht mehr bestehendem Land flohen, oder auch weil andere Menschen, ihnen jetzt ein Asyl verwehren…
Ich widme dieses Mixtape all denen, die die Menschlichkeit in ihrem Herzen bewahren, trotz allem, was auf dieser Welt geschieht, gerade weil dies auf dieser Welt geschieht.
Ich widme dieses Mixtape den Menschen, die ihr Leben riskieren, ihr Ansehen, ihre Sicherheiten, um anderen Menschen zu helfen, sei es bei der Flucht, beim Leben, beim Überleben…

An island that meant hope for some people in long time ago.
As a starting point to another country to escape into another life …
across the sea…
They, people from my country, from a past country risked their lives,
some lost their lives.
Well many years later, while I’m sitting at the Baltic Sea, on the beach, watching the waves,
with a wine or the green laugh plant, I carry the music of life within me,
while I’m happy about life
and it’s so important and right
to me to be happy about life,
it’s important to live the way I want …
While you are listening to this mixtape,
People again are trying to find new land elsewhere on this earth.
They are trying to start a new life.
They risk their lives.
Some lose their lives.
Maybe because people who escaped decades ago from my country no longer existent,
Or because other people denying them asylum, now.
I dedicate this mixtape to those who cherish humanity in their hearts
in spite of everything that happens in this world, precisely because it happens in this world.
I dedicate this mixtape to the people who risk their lives, their reputation, their safety,
to help other people, be it in flight, in life, in survival …
